‘Undercover Grinch’ captures suspected drug dealers in Peru
A Peruvian police officer dressed as the Christmas character Grinch led a police operation in Lima to dismantle a drug trafficking gang on December 20, 2024.
The agent, dressed up as the famous character created by author Dr Seuss, entered the home of a family of suspected drug dealers in San Bartolo, southern Lima.
The police unit often dresses its agents as famous characters while carrying out operations during the holiday season, such as Halloween and Christmas.
