They say it’s iffy to get someone jewelry as a gift, but I have yet to hear of a single person who hasn’t been overjoyed to receive an Oura ring–even (and especially) if they bought it for themself. There’s never been a better time to grab the latest version of the Oura Ring 4, which is available for up to $150 off depending on its finish for Cyber Monday.

The Oura Ring is undoubtedly the sleekest fitness-tracking wearable available now, though it does have the tech capabilities to ensure the ring delivers on form and function. ZDNET editor Nina Raemont wore and reviewed four different smart rings, and deemed the Oura Ring 4 the best smart ring overall (with the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic winning the prize for “prettiest”). In her review, Raemont wrote that “while most smart rings simply provide you with collected health data, the Oura Ring 4 tells you the story and the context behind the data for greater information on your health.”

One drastic change between the Oura Rings 3 and 4 models was the increase in comfort and wearability. While the Oura Ring 3 came in sizes six through 13, the Oura Ring 4 comes in sizes four through 15. Oura is also known for their “size before you buy” feature, which allows you to find the perfect fit with a sizing kit sent to your door. Comfort is key when the Oura is designed to be worn 24/7, with no screens or vibrations to call attention to itself.

Of course, what really sets the Oura Ring 4 apart is its wide variety of metrics. The Oura syncs with over 40 health-focused apps like Apple Health and Google Health, and the ring has a total of 18 signal pathways to gather accurate and nuanced health data. Some software features include its automatic heart rate monitoring, meal-logging functionality (that focuses on timing of meals rather than calories), and daytime stress feature. The app has also been redesigned with three core tabs; Today, Vitals, and My Health.

The Oura Ring 4 has a battery life of up to eight days, and reaches a full charge in 20-80 minutes. It’s compatible with iOS and Android and is fully water-resistant to up to 328 feet.
